Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Deltora, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pre-Order and Estimated Ship Date

Deltora may offer select items for pre-order in situations such as out-of-stock products, upcoming launches, or future replenishments. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase, and by placing a pre-order you expressly authorize this charge.

An estimated shipping date will appear on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Please note that this date is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date. Timing may change based on production schedules, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

If you request modifications to your pre-order, this may result in a later shipping date and/or additional shipping fees at your expense.

Cancellation and Refund

Deltora reserves the right to cancel delayed pre-orders at our discretion (“Discretionary Cancellation”). In the event that your pre-order is canceled, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We’ll always do our best to avoid cancellations, and if they become necessary, you’ll be notified promptly and kept updated throughout the process.

Refund Policy on Pre-Order

If you change your mind, you may request a refund on your pre-order within 7 days of purchase. To do so, email your order number and request to help@deltora. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: all other non–pre-order products are eligible for store credit only.

Shipping Delays

Deltora reserves the right to cancel delayed pre-orders at any time if circumstances require.

We will always make every effort to ship your pre-order as close to the estimated shipment date as possible. Depending on availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

If any item in your pre-order has not shipped within 14 days after the original estimated shipment date, you may request a cancellation of the affected item(s) for a full refund to your original payment method by contacting our customer support team at help@deltora.com.

You will receive email updates with the latest information about your pre-order status. In the event we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds

When placing a pre-order, you will be asked to provide details such as your shipping address, billing information, and email. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, and you agree to keep it current.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is valid, active, and regularly checked for communications regarding pre-order updates and potential delays (including checking your spam or promotions folder).

Deltora is not responsible or liable for orders affected by inaccurate or outdated information and has no obligation to obtain or verify updated contact or shipping details on your behalf.

Changes to Pre-Order Terms

Deltora reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions will be posted on deltora.com, and your continued use of the site or participation in a pre-order after such changes are posted will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

Deltora is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from shipment delays. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from such delays.
